Delete your account and data

You can delete everything yourself, at any time, in a few taps.

In the app

1. Tap your picture in the top right corner to open the account menu.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete.

You can also do this from Settings, at the bottom of the page. Deletion happens immediately and can't be undone.

By email

If you can't use the app, email support@topolearnapp.com from the email address on your account (or tell us which Google, Facebook or Apple account you signed in with) and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in connection
• Your profile answers: age, education and interests
• Your progress, hidden concepts, goals and progress history
• Your votes and "helped me" marks on learning links

What stays, without your name

• Learning links you added stay available to other learners, but are no longer connected to you.
• Problem reports you sent are kept anonymously so we can still fix the content.

If you'd like those removed too, you can delete links you added in the app before deleting your account, or ask us by email.

Signed in with Facebook, Google or Apple?

Deleting your Topolearn account removes your data from Topolearn. To also remove Topolearn's access from your Facebook, Google or Apple account, remove it in that account's settings under apps and websites, or sign in with Apple, connected apps.
