TopolearnTerms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Armapp LLC, which operates Topolearn ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Topolearn app or website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Topolearn.
Using Topolearn
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Topolearn.
- Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Topolearn is free to use today. If we add paid features, we'll show the price and terms before you pay, and anything you've been using for free won't be taken away without notice.
The learning content
Concept descriptions, examples, prerequisite links and time estimates are there to help you plan your learning. We work to keep them accurate, but they can contain mistakes or leave things out, and they're not professional or academic advice. If something looks wrong, use the report button in the app; it helps everyone.
What you contribute
When you add a learning link, vote, or send a report, you're responsible for it, and you keep any rights you have in it. You give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive license to store, display and use it to run and improve Topolearn, including showing links you add, with your name, to other learners. You can remove links you added at any time.
Please don't add or send anything that:
- is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or misleading;
- infringes someone else's copyright or other rights;
- is spam, advertising unrelated to learning, or links to malware or scams.
We may remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that repeatedly do.
Fair use of the service
Don't try to disrupt Topolearn, access other people's accounts, or bypass its limits, and don't copy the concept data in bulk (for example by scraping) to build a competing service.
Our content
The Topolearn name, logo, app and curated concept data belong to us. You may use them only as part of using Topolearn, and you may share learning-path links freely.
Ending your use
You can stop using Topolearn and delete your account at any time from the app (see how to delete your data). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may change or discontinue features; if we shut Topolearn down, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.
Disclaimers
Topolearn is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Topolearn. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Topolearn after that, the new terms apply.
